1. Your Contract with White Sail Split:

Customers accept the terms and conditions at the moment of payment. It is at this point that a contract between White Sail Split and the Client comes into existence. White Sail Split reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Croatian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian Courts. No employee of White Sail Split other than the managers have the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.

2. Payment, Cancellation, Refund and Procedure to Cancel a Booking:

The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to White Sail Split by the date and place specified for the event.

2.1. Cancellation Fee / Refund:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service begins are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service begins will be charged 100% of the total booking price(no refund).

  • Except due to extraordinary circumstances, free last-minute cancellations may not be possible.

3. Changes by You:

In case you book online, any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by email by the person submitting the booking. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Changes by Us:

While White Sail Split will use its best endeavors to operate the boat tour as advertised, by entering into this contract the Client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its content due to prevailing local conditions. White Sail Split reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices described in advertising, and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation. If a major change becomes necessary, White Sail Split will inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Cancellation by Us:

White Sail Split reserves the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances but will endeavor to avoid this unless absolutely necessary. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Travel Insurance:

Clients together with their personal property, including baggage, are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.

7. Passports, Identification and Visas:

It is the responsibility of the Client to be in possession of a valid passport, identification, and visa permit for the duration of the tour. White Sail Split provides general information about these requirements but is not responsible for any issues arising due to non-compliance.

8. Croatian Laws and Behavior:

All participants in tours operated by White Sail Split are expected to obey Croatian laws and regulations. Any failure to do so will relieve White Sail Split of all obligations under these terms. Any damage or losses caused by a Client are the responsibility of the Client, and full payment must be made at the time to the relevant party. White Sail Split expects the Client to have consideration for other people. If a Client behaves in a way that causes danger, annoyance, or distress, White Sail Split has the right to terminate their tour without a refund.

9. Illness or Disability:

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare such conditions at the time of booking and make arrangements for necessary medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to disclose such conditions may result in exclusion from the tour with no refund.

10. If You Have a Complaint:

If the Client has a complaint about any tour arrangements, they must bring it to the attention of the tour leader at the time so that an attempt to resolve the issue can be made. If the issue is not resolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing to White Sail Split within 5 days of the completion of the tour.

11. Our Responsibilities:

The tours operated by White Sail Split are designed to provide participants with an authentic experience, which may involve an element of potential risk. All bookings are accepted with the understanding that clients undertake the tour at their own risk.

12. Third-Party Websites and Content:

The website may contain links to third-party websites or content. White Sail Split is not responsible for the accuracy, privacy policies, or content of third-party sites.

13. Payment:

All payments will be made in Euro. When charging your credit card, the amount may be converted into your local currency at the current exchange rate, which may result in slight differences from the original price stated on our website.
